Hedgewood Homes-Their Neighborhoods And The Communities They Build In

I was recently at a listing appointment in Duluth Georgia and we all started taking about the great communities and styles of homes that Hedgewood Homes built in the local area of North Atlanta. It appears that they are still building as Hedgewood Properties.

When the Real Estate market crashed, just a few years ago, along with the stock market and the car industry, many builders were hit and had inventory that just would not sell. We had home owners that could not afford to move and were faced with short sales and foreclosure, if they needed to move
for a job or financial reasons
.
Unfortunately we lost some great builders and it seemed we lost Hedgewood Homes but they appear to still be constructing more masterpieces. Above is a resource to see the established neighborhoods that they created as well as mixed use communities which have shops, townhomes, condos and unique built homes. On a happy note, Hedgewood Homes is still building as of today in the Mixed Use Community of Vickery, that they started.
